there is scary stuff going on in our food supply. you are what you eat is not just a trueism, we constantly replenish our bodies using the materials we feed ourselves with, and just like any other system; garbage in, garbage out. Eat healthy y'all!

Yeah, I get a severe headache from any artifical sweetener.
Also, I don't own a microwave due to early Russian restrictions on civilian use. If the Russians thought it was nessecary to keep people from eating neurotoxins, I think I'll avoid it too.

American food manufacturers don't care or even seem to think about their effect on the population. The use of high fructose corn syrup is common place, and yet, because its so unnaturally calorie packed, if confuses our bodies and Americans get fatter, despite "eating healthy" and exercising. Also, it tends to be made from genitically engineered corn.

Things have to change or the human race will cease to exist.

i think we're already doomed. even if we all found a way to stop destroying our planet and everyone participated...we'd still be fucked. we've done to much irreversible damage.
